Product Quotation
Purchase requests are sent to suppliers through the Comlink Portal. Buyers may indicate suppliers and also open slots in the public area of the web portal. They can also research suppliers according to supplier’s line, brands, location, regional codes, etc.
Every price quotation has an expiration date to be regarded by the suppliers. By the end of this time, the suppliers’ answers return to the buyers’ internal environment. The phase of negotiations between buyer and suppliers is then started. The buyer may choose to use the Comlink Negotiation Module.
Comlink provides customers with a helpdesk service which aims at guiding customers
during many processes, such as registration, quotation response, orders and bills
of sale carried out through the Comlink Portal, as well as guidance about the automatic
integration of quotations with the Comlink solutions.
