Order Requests
The main feature of this module is sending, managing and accompanying Order Requests (follow-up), as well as receiving delivery confirmation.
A complete workflow process is installed in order to allow the monitoring of each step of the process. Automatic warnings are sent to suppliers and follow-up managers from the buying companies, by e-mail.
The ultimate goal is the guarantee that the Order Request, as well as the delivery confirmation, can be viewed by the supplier.
Comlink provides customers with a helpdesk service which aims at guiding the costumers through registration and order request confirmation process carried out through Comlink Portal, as well as guidance about the integration of orders with the Comlink solutions.
