Information passing through Comlink servers, DIVEO datacenter, are restrict to access according the Security Policy.
While price quotations are on the Internet, the property of the information is held by the supplier, whose access is protected. All quotations have an expiration date and time. The negotiation process is then started between suppliers and buyers. In this environment, the information is directly recorded into and accessed from the buyer’s computers. The property of the information is the held by the buyer, as it is in the database structure within their company.
The Comlink database is stored in a datacenter whose structure is aimed at guaranteeing high availability but restricting access, by means of security applications against fire, blackout, access control, failure in broadband, firewalls, backup servers, contingency procedures, etc.
